I guess what I can share with you is that when I use the Reflection candle, I found myself processing thoughts that I couldn’t really make sense of and the scatter of thoughts in my brain started to unravel and things to started to make sense. At first I felt a bit heavy but after burning the candle for a few hours, I noticed my thoughts started to clear up and I was reflecting on things whilst gaining learnings and understandings at the same time.
