If you haven’t seen my video on the private A-LIST group page, I created this pack because I suffer from anxiety and within about 16 minutes of lighting the Anxiety Candle, I could feel my anxiety lifting and shifting and it was a very relieving experience for me bcoz I had felt so heavy and out of sorts for a few days.
