Hi Anjie, I really love getting your journals - they are both inspiring and validating.

Your journals show me that what I go through is no different to others - it's just that I like to deal with them differently. You have taught me to acknowledge and release - which in turn, I was able to teach yesterday with a close friend of mine. I also have a good friend who is 13 years old and is going through some tough times at school. She now understands living in the NOW and has been practicing being in the moment since the weekend. So far she has had a good positive week and she is very determined to turn the "bad" stuff into a positive. When she gets stuck on how to look at something in a positive way, she calls me and we get her back on track together. So....not only have you helped me through some tough times....but I am now able to share my knowledge with others.
